In 2008, Alexis' wish to visit Hawaii became a turning point in her life. That moment of joy and healing sparked something deeper. Alexis realized she wanted to help others experience the same hope she had felt. Today, she’s a proud member of the Make-A-Wish Illinois Mission Team. Her wish didn't just shape her career; it shaped her heart. 

“My goal became clear: I wanted to work for Make-A-Wish Illinois so I could help other children experience the same gift of hope and joy that I received.”

Alexis continues to give back, supporting families, planning wishes, and connecting with alumni.
