Count the number of ROYAL BLUE stars during the Sponsor Thank You video segment of the Wish Ball broadcast scheduled to begin 6:00 PM CDT. Watch carefully – we’ll tell you during the livestream when to start counting! Use the chat feature in Event.Gives (our broadcast platform) to submit your entry by typing your first and last name and the number of stars that you counted. Winner will be the first person to submit the correct number of stars (or first to submit closest number if no one submits correct number) by 7:30 PM CDT on June 27th, 2021 with the following additional terms and conditions.

Eligible participants must be over the age of 18 and legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Employees, members of the Board of Directors and the Wish Ball Committee of Make-A-Wish® Foundation of Illinois and those parties residing in their households are not eligible to participate.
No purchase necessary. No substitute for the one (1) US$1,000 prize (“the prize”). The prize is non-assignable and non-transferable.
The winner has 30 calendar days from the date of notification to claim the prize and to comply with all federal tax requirements described below. If these conditions are not met, the prize is forfeited by the winner.
All federal, state, and local income taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner’s federal taxpayer identification number must be provided within 30 calendar days of notification of winning and prior to receipt of the prize. Any required tax documentation will be provided to the winner no later than January 31, 2022.
The winner acknowledges and agrees that their acceptance of the prize shall be deemed to constitute their agreement to indemnify and hold Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois and their respective agents, officers, directors, employees, shareholders, affiliates, representatives, successors and assigns harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses and fees (including attorneys’ fees and their paralegal and support staff fees) relating to or arising out of, directly or indirectly, participating in the contest or winning any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or the failure to comply with foreign, federal, state and local laws and regulations applicable to such prize.
