WHAT IS THE WISH HERO CAMPAIGN?
The Wish Hero campaign celebrates the incredible men, women, and companies who have joined forces to unlock life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. The campaign is based on the power of a selected group of individuals – Wish Heroes – sharing why wishes matter and raising funds to help make more wishes possible.
WHAT DOES A WISH HERO DO?
A Wish Hero shares with their network why they support Make-A-Wish Idaho. Along with their storytelling they ask for donations so more families can experience the life-changing power of a wish.
HOW MUCH DOES A WISH HERO RAISE?
It is expected that each individual Wish Hero commits to raising at least $1,000 during the campaign, April 1 – April 30. Make-A-Wish is incredibly grateful for Wish Heroes’ support of wish kids and their families, and appreciates every dollar raised.
BENEFITS TO BEING A WISH HERO.
Make-A-Wish Idaho has nearly 10,000 social media followers. Each person that participates will be acknowledged publicly on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Our newsletter goes out to around 10,000 Idahoans each month. Participants will be acknowledged in the May 2024 newsletter. Make-A-Wish Idaho is the #1 trusted brand in the country. By teaming up with Make-A-Wish Idaho your donations will bring hope, strength and joy to critically ill children.
WHAT HELP IS AVAILABLE?
Make-A-Wish supports each Wish Hero receives a personal fundraising page to make accepting donations simple. There’s even a Wish Heroes app to do it all from a mobile device. Make-A-Wish staff are available to help with all aspects of a Wish Hero’s experience and answer questions – large or small – along the way.
