Make-A-Wish Idaho Grants Customized Playhouse Wish to Three-Year-Old Viola GirlĀ

Viola ID:Ā Make-A-Wish Idaho will grantĀ three-year-oldĀ Keaslingā€™sĀ wish for aĀ blueĀ playhouseĀ with a custom kitchenĀ on August 15.Ā

KeaslingĀ akaĀ ā€œKeasyā€ has a rare nervous system disorder which causes potentially dangerous skin lesions (as well as other healthĀ issues), so she cannot be in in direct sun for extended periods.Ā The illness has created tension in her life asĀ KeasyĀ enjoys the outdoors, especially camping with the family and ATV rides with dad.Ā Ā

SinceĀ KeasyĀ has toĀ ration her time outdoors especially on sunny days, she wished to have a playhouse, so she can have a safe, shaded place to play, no matter the weather.Ā Ā

KeasyĀ requested several customizations to the playhouse. As an aspiring chef,Ā Keasyā€™sĀ playhouse will have a (play) kitchen where she can cook up imaginary feasts for guests.Ā  Additionally, she also requested that the playhouseĀ be painted blue, so that it resemblesĀ Cookie Monster, her favorite Muppet.Ā Ā

Keasyā€™sĀ wish is one ofĀ 95Ā ā€œto have,ā€Ā ā€œto beā€ andĀ local ā€œto goā€Ā wishes that Make-A-Wish Idaho has granted since the pandemic started in 2020. However, there are currently over 140 Idaho wish kids waiting on their wishes. As the world opens back up, Make-A-Wish Idaho will need extra support to ensure that waiting wishes are granted quickly and safely.Ā Ā Ā
