In the fall issue of Wishful Thinking, you’ll meet Gael, a 3-year-old from Kailua-Kona whose rare disease once made it difficult for his family to imagine a celebration like his Bluey birthday party. His wish became a joyful milestone, surrounding Gael, his family, and community with love, encouragement, and hope for the future.
