The NextGen Leaders Board serves as a significant resource to the Make-A-Wish^® Guam & CNMI organization through its support of our mission and programs. The NextGen Leaders Board represents the diversity and breadth of the community served by Make-A-Wish® Guam & CNMI. The NextGen Leaders Board was established to assist the Board of Directors, President and CEO and chapter staff by engaging talented young professionals to act as goodwill ambassadors on behalf of Make-A-Wish® Guam & CNMI.

In addition, the NextGen Leaders Board operates as the future of philanthropic leadership in our community, committed to ensuring that each and every eligible Guam and CNMI child experiences the life-changing power of a wish. Our hope is that the NextGen Leaders Board will introduce their network of friends and associates to our mission to expand community support for and awareness of the Make-A-Wish® Guam & CNMI organization.
