A 3-year-old Make-A-Wish kid in Tennessee just received a unique gift: a hot tub.

Make-A-Wish East Tennessee helps grant a wide variety of wishes for children battling critical illnesses. In the last month, some of those wishes include a trip to Disney World, a parrot, and the chance to be a scientist for a day, but a wish they granted this week was a bit more unusual.
