The dream of a young child from Knoxville who spent much of his early life battling a rare disease is coming true with some help from Make-A-Wish of East Tennessee.

Make-A-Wish East Tennessee surprised Kellen Napier with his dream trip to Disney World Monday afternoon.

Jayden Kimble's wish to attend an LSU game was granted Saturday evening during the LSU vs. Vanderbilt game thanks to Make-a-Wish Texas Gulf Coast & Louisiana and LSU.

The song is inspired by 13-year-old Acheley East, who has battled leukemia.
