Wish Alumni Program

Whether you received wish yesterday or 20 years ago, you are still a special part of our family, and we want to stay connected!

Get Involved

This is a meaningful way for Wish Alumni and wish family members to connect, stay in the loop with chapter events, share stories, and stay engaged with current wishes.

We want you to keep feeling the power of a wish and know that your wish journey is far from over! You'll receive monthly e-newsletters with chapter updates, opportunities to get involved,  and exciting events for our alumni! You can join the private Make-A-Wish Eastern North Carolina Wish Alumni Facebook group to meet other members of our wish family.

Meet Wish Kid Noah

A dedicated member of our alumni community, Noah’s wish to visit Walt Disney World was granted in October 2024, and it was truly the experience of a lifetime. A huge fan of Star Wars and the Avengers, Noah couldn’t wait to step into the worlds of his favorite heroes. From eating ice cream for breakfast at Give Kids the World Village, to meeting his favorite characters and riding all the rides, Noah soaked up every magical moment.

But Noah’s journey with Make-A-Wish Eastern North Carolina didn’t end when his wish was complete. Since then, he has remained an active and enthusiastic part of our mission as a wish alumni. Whether it’s attending our Valentine’s party, getting creative at our art party, or participating in video shoots, Noah always shows up with heart, excitement, and a contagious smile. We are incredibly grateful for Noah’s continued involvement and the joy he brings to our Make-A-Wish family. His story is the perfect example of how a wish doesn’t just create a moment, it creates a lasting connection, one that continues to inspire hope and happiness long after the magic begins.
