14-year-old YouKai was diagnosed with a blood disorder before he had even turned a year old. When he is not receiving treatments, he can be found playing with his LEGO collection or watching his favorite character, Lloyd Garamond, in the LEGO television series Ninjago. His passion for all things LEGO was what helped him decide to wish for his very own LEGO workshop.
The workshop was constructed in YouKai’s backyard so he can easily escape to his own LEGO paradise. After building the workshop it came time to decorate and stock the space with a wide array of LEGO kits and accessories that he had requested.
On the day of his wish reveal, YouKai entered his workshop to find a comfortable bean bag chair, a building table, space to display his completed sets and a carpet made to look like LEGO bricks. YouKai was overjoyed to discover all the LEGO kits he could look forward to building. Among them were a ship in a bottle, a model of the capitol building and a map of the world.
YouKai’s workshop provides him with a space fit for him to build his very own LEGO world to escape to and is stocked with everything he needs to let his imagination soar.
