Seventeen-year-old Jack lives with a serious blood disorder—but that doesn’t stop him from living life to the fullest. The day kicked off with a private tour of the team’s brand-new locker rooms, where a surprise was waiting: a custom locker just for Jack. Inside was his name, a full official uniform, sneakers, and a team backpack. But the best part? The jersey he received was part of the brand-new kit for the season. Jack got to wear it before the players themselves.
Jack also got a behind-the-scenes peek into the team’s world thanks to the lead equipment manager, who gave him the inside scoop: who skips shin guards, who customizes their cleats, and how to tell who’s starting or wearing the captain’s armband just by their locker setup. It was insider knowledge most fans never get.

Just before kickoff, Jack stepped onto the field to deliver the official match ball—an unforgettable moment on its own. But the magic didn’t stop there.
