The Kids For Wish Kids program is an opportunity for local kids and teens to help make wishes come true for children living in their own community. 

The program benefits the kids who receive the gift of a wish, and the teens who learn and grow by participating in community service. 

High school students who launch the Kids For Wish Kids program in their communities can gain real-world experience in community relations, teamwork, leadership, public speaking and marketing. It is a perfect option for students with community service requirements, service-oriented clubs such as Key Clubs, and teenagers who just want to give back!

The Youth Leadership Council is composed of 25 high school students from around the valley, who possess exemplary levels of leadership, responsibility, and a passion for Make-A-Wish Arizona’s mission.

Youth Leadership Council members attend monthly meetings and work together on fundraising projects to help us share the power of a wish. YLC members also learn valuable skills such as leadership, organization, budgeting, and planning that will be helpful in college, at work and beyond. Between different events, volunteering opportunities, guest speakers and more, we have a lot of exciting new opportunities in store for next year.

Interested in more long-term involvement? Make-A-Wish Arizona Clubs have successfully raised thousands of dollars to support Arizona wish kids. With weekly meetings and organized events throughout the school year, Kids For Wish Kids clubs raise funds and awareness to build a strong connection with the community and the mission of Make-A-Wish Arizona.
