Make-A-Wish^® Arizona

This remarkable achievement continues the nonprofit's mission of bringing hope, strength, and joy to children with critical illnesses and their families.

In collaboration with generous donors, dedicated supporters, staff, and volunteers, Make-A-Wish Arizona is committed to making wishes come true for every eligible child. Research demonstrates that wish experiences can have a powerful impact on children’s emotional and physical well-being, fostering hope and empowering them to face their medical challenges with greater resilience.

The 462 wishes granted this past year have spanned a wide range of extraordinary experiences, including wishes like trips to national parks, meet-and-greets with celebrities, playhouses, bedroom renovations, shopping sprees, and wishes for pets—all uniquely tailored to the individual interests and needs of each child.

Since its founding in 1980, Make-A-Wish Arizona has granted more than 8,000 wishes within Arizona’s communities, contributing to the more than 360,000 wishes granted across the United States by 58 Make-A-Wish chapters nationwide.
