Virtual Fundraisers
1. CONTACT MAKE-A-WISH to let us know you will be hosting a virtual trivia fundraiser. We would love to help promote your event! Contact Jordyn Dutkiewicz, Events Coordinator at Make-A-Wish Wisconsin, at [email protected].
2. CREATE A QUIZ on a website that offers quiz creation. Our recommended website is myquiz.org, as it is free to register and host a custom quiz.
- Once registered, login and proceed to the ‘My Quizzes’ tab and select the green “Create a quiz” button to create your own customized quiz.
- Part 1 of the quiz setup covers event details including name, date, logo, description and other general details. Click the green “Next” button when you have completed this section.
- Part 2 of the quiz setup is inputting questions and answers for your virtual trivia fundraising event. Not sure what questions to ask? Below are some examples of themed quizzes you could host:

3. CREATE AN ONLINE EVENT to invite your participants to the virtual trivia fundraiser. Our recommended event website is eventbrite.com. From here, you will be able to directly reach your guests and provide the custom myquiz.org link.
- For automated event donation tracking contact Jordyn Dutkiewicz. Jordyn can create an Eventbrite page for you where donations will go directly to Make-A-Wish Wisconsin.
- You may also use Facebook Events or another event platform, but note you will have to keep track of all donations yourself.
4. HOST YOUR VIRTUAL TRIVIA FUNDRAISING EVENT!
5. FINALIZE DONATIONS: Once your event has concluded, please reach out to Jordyn Dutkiewicz at [email protected] to finalize the funds.
