Marian Shops for Tomorrow

Marian is an upbeat, happy and full of personality 10-year-old. With her upcoming trip to start prepping for a kidney transplant, she wished for an online electronics shopping spree to keep her entertained while she is away recovering.  
 
On her surprise wish day, Marian got a little worried when she heard sirens in the neighborhood because she thought someone was hurt. But then she looked out the window and saw Make-A-Wish and “freaked out.”  
 
Her mother said, “It's an amazing day when you see your child happy and living her dreams. Thank you so much!”  
 
With a special assist from Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, Marian received everything on her wish list, item by item including among other treasures, a MacBook Pro, iPhone, and Canon camera with accessories. Marian aspires to create her own YouTube Channel to help kids with kidney issues, just like her. An extra treat was also delivered – her favorite meal of chicken wings and donuts with dulce de leche filling!
