History of Driving For Dreams

Soukup Construction, including Marietta and Jim Soukup, were instrumental in the founding of Driving For Dreams in 2002.  Founding members of Driving For Dreams are Soukup Construction, Bill Hinks and South Dakota Furniture Mart, and Dave Bozied and Stan Houston Equipment.  Many businesses who are members of the Associated General Contractors of South Dakota have been great supporters of Driving For Dreams and Make-A-Wish over the years.

Our Driving For Dreams program was the first of its kind among Make-A-Wish chapters.  Since then other chapters have started their own program.
