Clara's National Rodeo Finals Wish

Clara’s Wild Ride: A Wish to Remember

For 14-year-old Clara from Clover, SC, life has been anything but predictable. After undergoing a liver transplant, she’s faced challenges most kids her age couldn’t imagine. But when given the chance to dream big, Clara knew exactly what she wanted—to experience the biggest rodeo of them all, the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas!

This December, Clara and her family packed their boots and cowboy hats for an unforgettable adventure. From the moment they touched down in Las Vegas, the excitement never stopped. Surrounded by the sights, sounds, and spirit of the rodeo, Clara had a front-row seat to world-class competition, dazzling performances, and heart-pounding action.

For Clara, this trip was more than just watching her rodeo heroes—it was a chance to celebrate her journey, to embrace joy, and to make memories with her family that would last a lifetime. Her mom shared, "The wish made my child feel extra special. She smiled during the whole trip, and our family felt close and had so much fun together."

Beyond the bright lights and rodeo thrills, Clara’s wish gave her something even more powerful—confidence and hope. "This trip was an opportunity to experience wonderful things that we never could have afforded on our own," her mom added. "It made Clara see that having a chronic illness doesn't always have to be something to hide or be afraid of."

With every cheer, every laugh, and every unforgettable moment, Clara’s wish proved that joy can shine even in the toughest times. As her family put it best: "Thank you for putting your hearts and time into making the world a brighter place for wish children and their families!"

Every wish is more than just a moment—it’s a journey.

Clara’s journey continues, and thanks to her wish, she now carries the spirit of the rodeo with her—bold, strong, and ready for whatever comes next.
