About An Evening of Wishes

At Make-A-Wish, we know that a wish can be transformational for a child fighting a critical illness. A wish renews hope, uplifts spirits and encourages the belief in the impossible.  The impact of a wish forever transforms the lives of children, their families, and entire communities.

We invite you to join us in celebrating the power of a wish at the inaugural Evening of Wishes on Thursday, April 20th, 2023, at The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion from 5:00-8:00pm. 

During the Evening of Wishes, you will enjoy a delightful selection of hors d'oeuvres and fine wines at the historic Victorian mansion while hearing inspiring stories from local wish kids and their families.   The event will also include a silent auction.  Throughout the night, guests will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded philanthropists and executives who are making an impact in our local community. The revenue raised will help grant more life-changing wishes to critically ill children in the Harrisburg area.
