Many companies encourage employees to donate to their favorite charities by matching their contributions. That means the impact of your gift to Make-A-Wish^® may be doubled or possibly tripled! Some companies even match donations made by retirees and/or spouses.

To find out if your company will match your donation to Make-A-Wish, please enter your employer’s name below.

If your company is eligible, request a matching gift form from your employer and send it completed and signed with the receipt of your gift. We will do the rest. The impact of your gift to this organization may be doubled or possibly tripled! Some companies even match gifts made by retirees and/or spouses.  

If you do not find your employer in this search, please contact your human resources or matching gifts department to see if you can establish a matching gifts program with Make-A-Wish Oklahoma. For additional information, contact Laurel Mauldin, Donor Care Coordinator.  

My company participates - what's next? 

1. Obtain a matching gift form and program guidelines from your human resources office or simply fill out the online form provided in the lookup tool above.

2. Fill in the Employee section of the form and mail it to Make-A-Wish Central & Western North Carolina along with your donation.

   Or, if you've made your contribution online, simply complete the form and mail it to:

3. We will complete the form and return it to your employer's matching gifts office for processing. The company will send its matching donation directly to Make-A-Wish.

Some companies disburse matching gifts on a quarterly or yearly schedule. To reduce administrative expenses, the Foundation will not forward a notice to employees when matching contributions are received. If you ever have a question about your company's matching donation, contact your human resources or matching gifts department.
