You gave the gift of joy and hope to more than 1,000 wish kids, like Ethan, when they needed it the most!

In 2017, seven-year-old Ethan was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Searching for answers on how to treat his condition was difficult. “He was in a constant state of fatigue, both mentally and emotionally,” says Ethan’s mom. After a brain biopsy, he started weekly chemotherapy treatments and in 2018, he celebrated the last of his 50 treatments by ringing the “recovery bell”. 

Ethan's medical condition is something he will be living with indefinitely, so he was inspired to give back to other kids like him. With the help of his community, he's has helped raise more than $12,000 for his local Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta cancer treatment center! 

Everyone at Make-A-Wish Georgia was amazed at Ethan’s spirit for giving and so were our good friends at Paradies Lagardère. So, when Paradies heard how long Ethan had been waiting for his wish, they decided to throw him the most EPIC reveal celebration ever! Wish granters surprised Ethan at his school and held up signs that showed five words he had been dreaming of for three years: “Your wish is coming true!”

After celebrating with classmates, Ethan hopped into a limo to head to his surprise celebration. Ethan’s smile got bigger and bigger as he saw a crowd of 300 supporters cheering his name.
