Purpose Statement

Wish STL is a group of young professionals dedicated to furthering the mission of Make-A-Wish. Wish STL’s goals are to increase awareness for the mission of Make-A-Wish, help to build future leadership and to generate financial support to grant local wishes.

Ideal Candidates

The ideal candidate is an up-and-coming professional between the ages of 24-39 with high-potential and a demonstrated ability to lead in their organization. They are passionate about being active and philanthropic members of their community and are committed to utilizing their skills to further the mission and vision of Make-A-Wish Missouri & Kansas. In return, candidates will receive the opportunity to further build their leadership capabilities as well as the opportunity to network with other business leaders from the St. Louis community.

Application Process

We are accepting applications for 2026 membership cycle from September 1st – December 1st. Interviews will be scheduled with each applicant beginning in October. Membership will be offered to all qualified candidates by December 15th. Members will start their two-year term in January and can reapply at the end of their term if they would like to remain a member.
