The W.I.S.H. Society honors and empowers women who believe in the power of a wish to transform lives. These Women Inspiring Strength and Hope use their voices, talents, and networks to rally support for children with critical illnesses - helping grant life-changing wishes that spark hope, strength, and healing.

Each year, 10 to 20 exceptional women in the Lowcountry & Upstate are nominated for their professional success, civic leadership, and commitment to philanthropy. From January through April, these Honorees lead a powerful fundraising campaign to grant wishes for local children. Their efforts culminate in May at the annual W.I.S.H. Society Champagne Awards Brunch, where we celebrate their achievements and announce the W.I.S.H. Society Woman of the Year.
