Bryson's Wish Story
He loves all sports, but especially football, as he is a HUGE Titans fan! Due to his disorder, Bryson is unable to speak for himself, but he has an iPad that speaks for him. So he can talk about his favorite team, he had his iPad programmed to say "Tennessee Titans", "Titan Up", "Marcus Mariota", and "Derrick Henry". And during his wish, Bryson got to use all of those phrases!
For his wish, Bryson and his family got to go to a Titans’ practice on a Saturday to get a tour of the practice facility, meet Head Coach Vrabel, and meet the team. He loved meeting all the players and completely freaked out over meeting Derrick Henry! Coach Vrabel and Derrick Henry even signed his leg braces, which have Titans helmets on them.
Bryson and his family were also invited to attend the game the next day, where they met T-Rac, watched the team warm up from the sidelines, and got to speak to Coach Vrabel before the game. Tennessee Titan Logan Ryan even gave Bryson a pair of his football gloves to keep!
Following the wish, Bryson’s mom Quiana said, “Thank you so much for making Bryson’s wish come true! I really appreciate Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee, it has left me speechless.” We are so glad that we could give Bryson and his family an experience they’ll never forget. Titan Up! 🏈
