Throughout the year, we host Wish Hero campaigns that celebrate the incredible men, women, children, and organizations who have joined forces to be the light for children fighting critical illnesses. Together, the Wish Heroes will raise funds from their networks by reaching out and asking for meaningful donations. For example, we are currently celebrating the 40th Anniversary of Make-A-Wish, so Wish Heroes are asked to reach out to 40 people to ask for $40 in honor of the 40th Anniversary.  

Being a Wish Hero is more than just fundraising, though. Wish Heroes share their personal stories and supportive messages to introduce more people to the transformational power of a wish and the positive impacts on the child, family, and community.
