Your fundraising event will help grant life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. We appreciate your interest in organizing a fundraiser to support Make-A-Wish^® Wisconsin. 

When you are ready to start planning your fundraising event please complete the following External Event Fundraising Form and then submit it to our Senior Events Coordinator, Jordyn Dutkiewicz at least two weeks prior to your event.

We are always amazed by the grassroot support we receive from individuals, businesses and community groups throughout Wisconsin. From the large events which raise over $100,000 to the child who presents us with the proceeds raised from their street-side lemonade stand, we are always appreciative and grateful for your efforts and support.
