For six-year-old Keleigh, her Wish journey began the moment her family packed up their car in Howes Cave, NY, and set off on an adventure that would take them through seven states down the East Coast to the heart of Orlando, Florida. With excitement in the air, Keleigh’s crew headed to her dream destination: Walt Disney World. 

Keleigh had a blast visiting the Magic Kingdom and Universal Studios, where she couldn’t wait to explore the enchanting lands. She got to meet Gru from Despicable Me and showed off her biggest smile taking photos with him. Every moment was made even more special by the love and support of her family, as spending time with her siblings was at the heart of Keleigh’s Wish. No trip to Disney would be complete without a photo in front of Cinderella Castle, and Keleigh had a perfect moment with her family there, capturing memories that will last a lifetime. 

At Give Kids the World, a resort for Wish Kids and their families, Keleigh was treated like a true princess. Whether it be the scrumptious meals or the character visits, the atmosphere was filled with magic, and she loved every second of it. 

Keleigh’s Wish was filled with unforgettable joy and memories that will stay with her and her family forever—a perfect reminder that the real magic of a Wish happens whilst experiencing adventure and laughter alongside the people who mean the most.
