Troy is compassionate, thoughtful, always smiling, and loves being around people. He sees the best in everyone and everything and has faced every challenge with incredible grace and resilience.

At 18 years old, Troy has already undergone a liver transplant. Through it all, he has continued to enjoy the things he loves most, including sports, traveling, and video games.

When it came time for Troy to experience his wish, he had the opportunity to travel to Italy, where he explored incredible art, history, and World War II landmarks. One of the most meaningful parts of the trip was connecting with his family’s history. Troy visited the hospital where his great-grandfather recovered from injuries he sustained while serving in the military during World War II.

The trip gave Troy the chance to explore his passions, create lasting memories, and honor an important part of his family’s story.
