Hayley’s wish to go to Walt Disney World was granted in 2010. The wish was something for the family to look forward to during treatment and created wonderful family memories for years to come.

“I think the benefit of Make-A-Wish is not just for the kid that was affected by the illness, it is also for the whole family. Just to have a chance to get away from everything—like doctors and hospitals—all of that, which has been consuming your life,” recounts Hayley.
