Make-A-Wish® Iowa to Announce Partnership with Sprint Car at Knoxville Raceway

Knoxville, Iowa –On Friday, March 13, 2020, at 6:00 p.m., Make-A-Wish®Iowa in partnership with Tyler Barrick will be officially unveiled at the Sprint Car Hall of Fame in Knoxville. This is the first sprint car dedicated to Make-A-Wish and will be raced the entirety of the 2020 season. The car will bring awareness to hundreds of thousands of racing fans in Iowa and worldwide.

Tyler Barrick will be racing in the Make-A-Wish Iowa branded sprint car for this season. Barrick and his sponsors are past Make-A-Wish Iowa supporters and wanted to expand their involvement. This car will help grant life-changing wishes to children with critical illness across the state.

Wish kid Will will be attending the event and helping with the car unveiling. Will recently wished to go to the Barrett-Jackson Antique Car Auction, where he helped raise over $400,000 for the local Make-A-Wish chapter. Will loves cars and is very excited about the event.
