I love volunteering with Make-A-Wish Georgia because I am able to work directly with the wish child. There is no better feeling than to see a wish child light up and smile.

One of my most memorable wishes was a child who was non-verbal and bedridden. We were able to do a room makeover and got him a nice, fancy bed and several toys that helped him with his five senses.

If I were granted a wish, I would travel somewhere unique like Borneo to see orangutans in the wild.
