Tyler is 16 years old, lives in Roan Mountain, and diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor. Tyler wished for recording studio supplies because he has a passion for music! Tyler was introduced to music therapy during his treatment at St. Jude and really connected with it. He started writing songs and took an interest at the thought of recording his own music someday. Tyler now has a new guitar, drum set, violin, recording equipment, and of course LED lights for ambiance 😊 Tyler was surprised when he got home from school to see his bedroom transformed into his very own recording studio! Tyler hopes to attend UTC after high school and study music therapy.

Tyler likes to hang out with his little brother, play video games, and throw a football around. Tyler’s best day would be starting off with lunch at Olive Garden, followed by spending his afternoon working on music. He would end his day by playing spoons with his family. Tyler can solve a Rubix’s Cube under one minute, too! He likes weightlifting, doing butterknife tricks, and shooting his bow and arrow. Tyler looks forward to his greenhouse class at school and participating in his church music group.

Tyler's wish is one of the wishes made possible by the Logan Paige Janey Memorial Golf Tournament earlier this year. Logan's life and legacy is leaving a listing impact on wish kids in East Tennessee!
