Acheley, age 12 and from Knoxville, is battling Leukemia and had his wish granted to Walt Disney World. Acheley chose Disney World for two reason – he wanted to do something he’s never done before, and he aspires to become a cartoon artist for Disney someday. He loves the magic Disney brings. He was excited to see LEGOLAND and ride all the rides at the various theme parks. And of course, being able to fly.

When Acheley is not spending time at his oncology appointments or in school, he loves to have water balloon fights with his friends, play Mario Kart for family game night, and help his mom cook. He also finds joy in drawing, playing kickball, swimming, and especially watching the Fast and Furious movies.

Wish mom said, “His favorite things on his wish experience was: ice cream anytime at the village, swimming during movie night at the pool at the village, making his own droid at Hollywood studios, meeting Chewbacca, all the thrill rides and getting moved to the front of the lines, turkey leg at Epcot, and making friends at the pool at the village and sharing their Roblox info so they can stay in touch. Thank you so much! We all had a blast together!”
