At five years old, Gabriella – nicknamed Gabby – is a girl who knows what she wants.
Ever since her cousins visited Hawaii last summer, that’s all Gabby has wanted to talk about and go experience herself.
When Make-A-Wish® gave her the opportunity to make a very special wish, Gabby said she wanted to go to Hawaii where she could learn how to hula! With your funding support, Gabby’s wish came true and she traveled Maui!
During her wish trip, Gabby got to see the largest banyan tree in the U.S. and walked along the beautiful Kapalua Coast. Her wish culminated with a personal hula dancing lesson and a performance with
real hula dancers.
Today, you can find Gabby practicing her hula moves in the mirror – reliving her time in Hawaii. You gave Gabby an opportunity to hope and the ability to experience life beyond her illness. A very special Mahalo from Gabby and her family to Bristol-Myers Squibb for making the impossible possible again
