Don’t get the idea that caring for lawns is a chore for Jordan. The mower he rides and all the equipment he uses come from his Make-A-Wish® experience. Jordan’s one true wish was to have lawn-care equipment so he could care for the yards of his elderly neighbors. 
Kindness is Key to Jordan’s Vision
Consider Jordan’s situation, and you realize the depth of his kindness. He’s on a kidney transplant list, yet while he receives treatment for end-stage renal disease he’s thinking about helping others. Somehow, Jordan sees a bigger picture.
And it includes him … doing good for others.
People in the community pitched in to make Jordan’s wish come true. A local lawn-care equipment business outfitted him with a riding mower, a blower, a generator and other tools he needed to landscape like the pros.
Friends and neighbors unveiled the landscaping gear to Jordan. Since that day, the state of the lawns in his neighborhood has never been better.
A Wish for the Future – and the Community
Every manicured lawn Jordan cares for prepares him for his future. He plans to have his own landscaping business. But for now, his work is a gift to his community – for others who aren’t able to do the hard work that keeps a yard in top condition.
