Eleven-year-old Zak wished to be a chef, and his ultimate dream was to display his culinary talents on a ship, rather than at a local restaurant or a cooking school. From beginning to end, Zak's wish experience provided moments that will surely last a lifetime. Before receiving a personal tour of the ship, Zak was fitted for his very own chef's uniform, complete with hat and neckerchief. When he headed to the ship's kitchen, he was greeted by the kitchen staff of 150 and awed by its gigantic size. He participated in the chef's meeting, during which the staff discussed what needed to be prepared for the next day. Zak's big moment finally took place when he joined his fellow cooks, including new friend Chef Marco, for a public cooking demonstration. Zak and his family were moved by the wish experience, and the youngster still plans to become a chef someday!
