Lt. Cmdr. Kevin J. Davis, a member of the Blue Angels, was killed during an air show on April 21, 2007.A native of Pittsfield, Mass. Lt. Cmdr. Davis was an accomplished pilot with the US Navy since 1996 and a graduate of the Top Gun program. Lt. Cmdr Davis bravely served our country during extended deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and was recognized with decorations including the Air Medal, two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, and various personal and unit awards.
