Hi - my name is Joey. I am 15 years old and I am from Chaumont, NY.

My wish was to have a basketball court in my backyard. This is a picture of me and my dog watching as my court was being built. I am so grateful to Make-A-Wish Central New York, I want to help grant wishes for other critically ill kids.

I am hosting a basketball game on Saturday, May 4th at my school in Lyme NY to raise money and awareness for Wish Kids in our region, and I need your help!

It's truly amazing what wishes can do... give kids renewed energy and strength, bring families closer together, and unite communities.

Wish kids are some of the bravest and sweetest kids you'll ever know. They wish to make movies, meet their favorite heroes, and explore new places. Some even want to have a reptile farm!
