Lussier has a long and distinguished career in the financial industry. He was chairman and CEO of CitiStreet LLC, a joint venture between State Street and Citigroup, one of the largest and most experienced global benefits providers and a leader in the U.S. retirement marketplace. Most recently he co-founded Investment Guidance Solutions, a quantitative risk management tool for mutual fund advisors and co-founded Crow Point Investment Management, an investment management firm and RIA dedicated to delivering risk managed investment solutions to financial advisors and their clients. “As a wish dad, Phil understands firsthand the life-changing impact a wish has on children with life-threatening medical conditions,” said David Williams, president and chief executive officer of Make-A-Wish America. “With his deep appreciation of our mission and his leadership and financial expertise, we look forward to the continued contributions Phil will bring to the organization as our new national board chair.”

Lussier is involved in his community in other ways as well; he is on the Board of Directors of the South Shore YMCA and the Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund. Lussier earned a Bachelor’s degree from Suffolk University. He and his wife live in Milton, Massachusetts, and have three adult children.
